My beautiful garden

This was a picture taken of my garden about two weeks ago. I am so proud of it. It is so much bigger now. I am afraid if it grows anymore it will be passing over the fence!
Truly is a beautiful garden isnt it.
This is a tomato bush. I think these are romas. None of my tomatoes are red yet. I am hoping that soon i will get to have some wonderful tomotoes.
It was amazing the first zuchini i picked were yellow and green. I was so happy and these were by far, hands down the best zuchini i have ever tasted. And they just keep growing. I bet i have picked at least a dozen so far. I have to keep giving them away. But i made zuchini lasagna and zuchini bread.

Dyllans birthday party

We celebrated Dyllan's birthday with his freinds yesterday. He had six freinds come to his party and we bowled. It was fun, the kids all had a good time and dyllan got a lot of cool stuff. This is him and grandma vickie.
Benton had fun at the party too. He loved the balloon.
This is mckelle and samara. They are so cute.
I think that this was the favorite gift of the day. He wont put it down, and it is a crossbow. I think everyone here and in the neighboorhood has been hit at least five times.

4th of July

We went to a parade on the fourth and then to a bbq that night at our freinds it was fun. Dyllan was a party pooper at the parade and wouldn't wear his cool hat so i did. Im not scared!!!

the snake

I hate snakes, but dyllan likes them. So when this zoo volunteer passed me with a snake i just about passed out. But then i let dyllan go up and touch it. I thought he was so brave i had to take a picture. However it was from a great distance. Thank heavens for the zoom lens.
I found that dyllan is almost as tall as an arangutan.
He had to be careful because he turned into a turtle.

the zoo

Since we have our zoo membership we try to go to the zoo at least once a month. Here is dyllan on a rhino. Can you believe that actually let you ride the animals here.
Here is dyllan on an elephant. Dyllan is covering its trunk there are two holes of course however they squirt water. I was watching kids stand in front and get wet. So of course with the weather being so hot and dry i have this idea to put the baby in front of it. I did have the stroller back a ways so that it would just mist him. Well it squirted and drenched the baby. Scared him so bad he started to cry. Man i felt like a horrible mom. People around me probably awarded me mother of the year award. And i thought i was doind the little man a favor.... go figure.
They just added this carousel to the park. Dyllan and the baby had fun riding. Benton loved it he thought it was fun.

Camping

We went camping the weekend after our reunion. I was so worn out for a week after both camping excursions i thouht i was going to die. It was fun though. This was our annual golf tournament with our freinds. Our freind becky always arranges the whole thing and does a great job. For some reason i only took a few pictures and they were both of benton. Dyllan was with his dad this weekend so that is why he isn't in any of them.

Isn't this baby so sweet. He loves to immitate people. He tries to say what you say. Him and his daddy play a game while he is in his high chair. Adam will say "BooBoo" and benton will say "DaDa" and it will go on and on and benton loves it. He just laughs so hard because it is so funny to him.

Feild Trip

Dyllan had a feild trip to the zoo his second to last week of school. I went and chapperoned him and two other boys in his class. They had fun, however it was kinda a bummer because the school only gave us two hours to be there. The bus was late so we got into the zoo a half hour late and they ate lunch while we were there. So needless to say it was a struggle to get to see everything in one hour. But we did our best and had fun while we were at it.

Family Reunion

Benton is such a Babe magnet. His aunt jennifer bought him these really cool sunglasses. Then we had to wear bandanas for the reunion and he looked like a little biker boy. That was until he threw the sunglasses and bandana off.
So we played this game with a bucket and a string hanging below it. the objective of the game was to get the ball into the bucket by swinging it between your legs. Adam i love you, but honey i dont know if it is because you are an assless wonder that you cant swing your hips but you didn't even come close to the bucket with that ball.
Here is dyllan and mckelle making beaded neclaces. We also had cute little cowboy hats for the kids to make. There was a bee bee gun shooting range as well. We had fun shooting the guns later that day during down time. I have to say i am an excellent shot, i prefer the bee bee gun compared to that hand gun that jason had me shoot. I thought my arm was going to fall off. I think i may have peed my pants a little too, it was scary...
So it was my cute little mommy's birthday during the reunion and she made herself a little cowboy hat. ( I did too, but i didnt actually wear mine as long as she wore hers.)
Mandy is the expert bubble gum blower in the family. I think she is the reigning champ for the contest at least three years straight. She deserves an award i think. Her bubbles get as big as her head. Truly and amazing talent. We eneded the last night of the reunion with an auction. I was the auctioneer and pissed people off because i wasnt fair with my bidding (like it was a real auction, come on guys i did my best.) I was also in charge of making recipe books, which will propably explain why my blog is slacking in posts. The books turned out nice and now it is on to new projects. We had a great time and jason, jenn and their family is to thank. They arranged all of the camp spots since it was in wyoming.

Washington

Adam's Mom and Benton hung out in the truck for a little bit. THe wind was too strong for the baby to be out in it. So we took turns flying the kite that afternoon.
Aparantly Adam needs a lesson in kite flying. We were in a spacious field with hardly any trees around and somehow adam managed to get it into the tree. It was comical watching them try to get the kite out.
Mom and Dad's cat was a hoot. It drinks out of the fish bowl. I think the fish is suicidal because it goes right up to the cat (as you can see in the picture) and trys to get eaten i think. The only other thing i can figure is it really likes to get a back lick from the cat.
Benton and Grandpa enjoyed each others company. Here they are relaxing with a cute little monkey they gave him upon our arrival.
This is Amy and Randy and thier family. It was fun to see every one and get to hang out for a couple of days.







Ok, I know i am a major slacker. But not until today did i notice that i was this big of a slacker. Here it is the middle of July and i still havent posted things since April. Sorry everyone.





We went to Washington in the middle of April to visit adams family. It was fun to see everyone and sad to go. We had such a great time. Thanks everyone for your hospitality and love.
