Benton is starting SOLIDS!!!

Tuesday Benton started on solid foods. This week he will endulge on the delacacy of single grain cereal. Next week i think we will try a fruit, perhaps pears. Isn't he such a big boy!

Gingerbread House

Sorry Gingy!!! We had to do it, we made a gingerbread house and now we are eating it. The other day after Dyllan got home from school we made a gingerbread house. It was fun, he wanted to eat it that day but i made him wait until the next day to have a bite.

Playing in the Snow

Last night we had the second snow storm for the new season. Adam went out and played with his new snow blower and Dyllan and Lyndsey made a snow man. Adam came over and helped finish up. And would you beleive this, that snow man came to life after we named him frosty!! It's true.... Anyways after adam pulled dyllan around in the sled. We had a fun morning in the snow. After we came in and had hot cocoa and pancakes.

Wrapping Presents

The other day I was wrapping presents and Adam told Benton not to peek over at me because i was wrapping one of his. Benton acted like he knew exactly what his daddy was saying so he kept looking over at me and smiling with this cute little shy flirty smile he likes to give. Then Adam had to explain the one of Santa's reindeer was sick and he couldn't make it to all of the houses on Christmas Eve so he was delivering them early. It was cute to hear him and benton discuss christmas.

Picture Day

Lyndsey has this horrible obsession with pictures of the first year of baby's life. She has to have a ton of them. Well we went and had the boy's pictures done last week. They are so adorable, benton should be in the magazines he is so cute. Yea thats right, those are my boys!!! Dont worry family and freinds if you haven't already received a picture you soon will. These are just too cute not to give out.

Mr. Rogers

Benton loved his old Mr. Rogers cardigan that i couldnt help buying him a new one. This one was better though, it came with this cute little bonnett hat. Oh boy did he hate that hat!!!! He got use to it, and he was so cute in it. He likes the cardigan because we sing " It's a Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood" when we put him in it. He has been a very moody baby the last couple of weeks, i think he may be teething??
